The "Chinese" Connection

A flying buddy was talking to an R/C vendor the other day that mentioned something to him aboutsome unrest in China that may, or is already disrupting our life blood supply of hobby merchandise from the Mother Land. I caught a blurb in the news yesterday that mentioned sort of the same thing. Is there any truth to it, and what is the "Rest Of The Story"?

I have not heard anything but your post is quite vague on specifics.  I do know that if there is product to sell and money to be made China is in.  Any links to this story?

Sorry for being vague, but I don't have details. 

Thats why I was asking. 

Cant get to any good information on my work computer, but I did Google "Unrest in China 2014" and got some hits. 

I cant follow any links, or even use this site from work. 

Using my phone is painful...

The unrest in Hong Kong has to do with local elections, and has no effect on what happens with manufacturing on Main Land China.

Our productions continue in most normal fashion.
