I believe that this means as a licensed pilot, you can face certificate action when flying a model airplane as well as full scale. Not happy!

Nope, just means to save my license I would have to spend tens of thousands to get a Federal Judge to tell the FAA that they have no jurisdiction over Model Aircraft. The AMA is fighting this fight.

I don't know Dennis, sounds kinda risky. If you flip a marble extra hard it could leave the ground for a split second and thus take flight.
