The rolling circle is a classic sport flying maneuver that everyone would recognize. The high speed rolling circle brings this maneuver to the next level. When in the maneuver the plane is always at full throttle, which is what makes this maneuver so hard. Your roll rate is so fast, but to keep it level, you have to coordinate the rudder and elevator. When the plane's top faces the sky, you have to give up elevator. When it's on it's side, you have to give rudder. When the plane is inverted, you have to give down elevator. Finally, when the plane is on it's side again, you have to give rudder. These quick movements on the control surface are very small but if you don't get your coordination right, you go straight into the ground. The plane's roll rate is so fast that you have to make these adjustments in a split second. Here's a video of Jase Dussia doing high speed rolling circles at 2:06:
