Well flew the Stick all day and everything worked out well all the wheels stayed on and everything looked good and enjoyed the day. Must say a DA150 can put away a gallon of gas in a hurry, will-need to expand on my Jerry can that I take to the field. It did not take long to go through 2 gallons of fuel.

Considering what that 150 has to haul around I'd say your getting off cheap. That stick is HUGE .

Have to agree it is a big plane but not when you compare to the Stang it is not, it does fly well and does everything with ease but I belive by the end of the summer I would like to sell it if I can just get the kit price out of it I will be happy. Need to get something a little more aerobatic.

2 gallons in a day? I'm a 3 flights a day flyer, rarely 5. Maybe I talk too much at the field.

I just love flying and all kinds of planes I am really concentrating on 3D lately but still enjoying everything thing else, usually I take two planes to the field and will do 4 to 5 flights with each plane. Then I will have had my fill. And 2 days later I can do it agin but does needs to be with two other planes.

Went to the Midwest Airwing Big Bird event today in Collinsville IL. Even though it was smokin hot we still had fun. Until the thunder shows showed up about 3:30 in the afternoon.

The weather cleared up at around noon and the wind went to zero and blue skies. Well that’s all I needed of to field had a great afternoon flying and the Stick with DA150 just keeps getting better, love the engine. Just hope when I get more time on it, it will stop spitting these tiny little black prophets of oil all over the bottom of the plane, it is painful to clean on a painted plane.

It's actually my field, but I wasn't there today for the event. Most Saturdays just don't work for me.
