Horizon just released this one today...another one to add to my growing list of wants...

I went over to Gillette Wyo. today to help with a little Surveying on a new building for the sub floor and do a little flying I flew my E-Flite A-10 and my new Free Wing T-33 on the second flight with the A-10, The 5th flight on it. After taxing back to the pit area I made a turn into the pit area the right main rolled out from underneath the wing. All the landings I had made were a little fast and I had never bounced the plane on any landing. here are a few photo's, There wasn't hardly any glue holding the retract assembly in place.I used 15 minute Epoxy to repair I also poke holes in the foam before adding the Epoxy for a better bond (sorta makes little rivets after it soaks in for a very strong bond. i also added foam safe CA to the left main assembly.

Continuing the ongoing field work (irrigation for runway extensions). Convinced my 12 yo to help (threatened to smash the Playstation. ) and ended up with an awesome father/son day. He just needs to be forced to start, then he gets into it. He was running the trencher like a pro within 30 minutes. I am sunburnt and sore, where's my ibuprofen and IPA's?

I went over to Gillette Wyo yesterday to help with setting stakes for a new building at the Gillette Sage Hoppers field then did some flying with two of my EDF's this video was cut short I goofed when I down loaded it. Wish I had got the landing it was text book perfect. I need to study up on all the new video stuff LOL!!! but I am learning

Well the weather changed and boy did it change from one day to the next one day feels like you are in the middle of winter and the next day summer. Made the best of it sorry no pictures but spent the last three days at the field, from morning to night flying. Great summer has arrived at last.

Sorry flew all the old stuff my Ultrasport and the Pro260. Just wanted to get out there and burn as much fuel as I could. Will bring out the new stuff as my fingers get nimble again and the wind is normal. But yes eager to get some off the new planes in the air especially my Timber.

Getting used to that 5000ft altitude density here in Tucson. Difficult to transition into when you're so used to 1500ft or less.
