Agree with all of you this year winter came way to soon. Just looking up some history looks like i have not flown since the last week of September, that is just nuts. It rained continuously and then instantly turned cold and very windy. Already starting to have withdrawal symptoms and it is not even December yet. Just do not why it has been so windy this year even when it is cold and no wind you can still have a good day at the field but the wind just kill you.

A bunch of that nasty white flaky stuff showed up last night. Way too much for this early in the season.

Wow! It was 34 degrees and raining this morning. I think we may have just missed a rough deal. We are now only supposed to get rain in my area and the next few days look nice.

We had about the same here. I even had to shovel some, yuk!

We had our share also yesterday and last night and I will be shoveling it later on to day. I think we got 5 inches.

Well it was quite the day we got 10 inches at least and it is 14 degrees Fahrenheit. The snow blower got work out to day and so did I . No flying for a while cannot even get to the store unless you have four wheel drive.

We get enough snow here in VA to suit me. As I have gotten older I simply don't care for it much at all, especially the ice. I definitely do not like it when the temps drop down in the teens!
