I often hear guys in my neck of the wood complain about the sometimes short flying season. Spring here on the Atlantic coast can be wet and windy, summer can be the same at times to. Fall weather is often a pleasant mix and unless you like flying in cold and snow,it's building season. Once winter prep is out of the way, final lawn cutting, leaves raked and bagged, firewood stacked( if you heat with wood), and a good selection of beer in the man cave fridge for the first part of the build season,it's time to chose the winter build project.
To you folks who have the good fortune to be in year round flying zones,it must be tough to have to decide on a nice flying day,do I fly or do I build. This is one decision I don't mind being made for me.
Here's hoping everyone has a good building season no matter where you are.
