I got a late start tonight since I had to help my brother put brakes on his Jeep Liberty. Parking brakes on a rear disc brake setup suck.:mad:

Once that ignorance was over I finished up my charger case. I'm still planning on adding at least one fan, but since the weather has cooled off I think I'll be fine for now. I can't believe how much lighter this case is than the old one.

Had my Decathelon hanging up for several years decided to take it down and bring it up to date. Remove the 72 reciever and all the radio gear. Removed the the motor and all the controls. Well clean up the motor and set it up on the test stand. Belief this, the motor has not run for a number of years it is a 3W-42. Put on the test stand flipping it about 15 times the fuel started to come up Great that works. Flipped the motor 6 times and it ran flawlessly and I mean flawless. Perfect ideal and fast throttle response just love that engin just dam heavy. But you know, when you see all the guys around the field fighting with there engines and this one always runs jus perfect I will live with the weight.

Have you looked at the new GT 500 charger. What do think of it, everything I have read seems to me to be a good charger to drag around.

I'm sure it's a nice charger. For me I'd be maxing it out parallel charging 2 6S 5000's. But if you don't need over 20 amps, it would be great.

Just found this too! Ignition power wire chafed through the insulation. I cut it off and crimped new ends on. The plastic looming was also a bad idea, it was chafing into the insulation. I wrapped that in heat shink and called it a day.
