I think this should be sufficient control throw :)

2 perfectly matched HSB-9380TH servos using the Hitec HFP-30 programmer- the sync function on the programmer made this job very easy, the servos are extremely linear in their travel!!

Would you be kind enough to show us how the programmer works and how it is done never owned servos that could be programmed. It would be nice if we had a device on the plane to tel us actually how much of the throw we use. Nice looking plane.

I could but the video would be a little bit lengthy. The programmer is honestly not that difficult to use, and it's easy to see what you can do when you have one in front of you. It won't tell you degrees of movement in the servo because that would require feedback information from the servo which almost no hobby grade servos have.

It's the Phoenix Models Strega. Club member gave it to me. Said he bought it and put it above his shop. Took it down to assemble it and saw the wing loading and decided it was too much plane for him. This is the 55" version and I have an OS 50sx in it. They also make a 30cc version.

I had the version 1 (orange) of this. ''Twas a hot rod. I as an OS 46 with a bisson Pitts muff. It landed pretty hot. Still added a small brick of lead in the nose to get the CG right. I remember being able to to a lumsevuk? with it. I flew the snot out of it until I gave it to another member. It eventually ended up in the Forrest. Had a pretty violent wing stall, but that's the V1. Curious how this one flies!
