He's a pleasure to have around. Brings me lots of comfort. He will soon be 11 years old. I have rigorously tried keeping his hair from falling off (skin allergies). Can say the same for myself but with NO results :face-palm:. "Mirror Mirror on the wall" or should I say "Help Mr. Wizard Help!" :roflmao:.

Spent the last 2 nights getting the twins ready for fun. From factory they come with sport flyer settings, so I had to crank the throws way up.

Had to replace the rudder on the Laser, damn doorway headers. LOL. I also figured since I was keeping a Valach in the Laser I might as well throw on a logo for it. B&E does some nice work and reworking the logo to match the airframe's colors is above and beyond. Anyway, here is the logo.

Got a problem....glass'n an ARC from TF. Put on the first coat w/cloth....no problem. Sprayed primer, sanded 95% off....nice smooth surface. Problem arose (wiped down with Acetone) when I put on a second coat this is what I got! Suggestions.....

Maybe you need to have sanded a bit more. Looks as if you did not get any "penetration" on the surface indicating the need for more sanding. Also what grit did you use? I would think a good going over with 220 grit would do the trick. But as it stands now I would use some 150 grit to get rid of the bad areas first then go over with 220 and try the second coat again.

That does not look good. Is it the same epoxy as before. If it is when it cured some epoxies produce a kind of wax on the surface layer and some epoxies will do that some epoxies need to be recoated with in a certain time or left to fully cure and then sanded as 49dimes has decried. But also you need to wipe epoxy down with at 98% denatured alcohol, not acetone.

Like the logo neat and original.
