The laser needed some more maintenance. My canopy dowels we’re getting worn pretty thin and the receptacle was very oblong.
Fabricated a plywood circle with the scroll saw, epoxied it in place, and filled in the existing hole with epoxy.
Drilled out the 5mm Wood dowels, and turned a Delrin rod down on the lathe that was a little bit larger in diameter. Scruffed it up and epoxied it in place.
Just waiting for it to all cure, then I’ll drill the hole for the delrin canopy pins.

Also found that my cowl ring was debonding so I used my left over epoxy.

Since that wasn’t enough, I found that my carbon spinner is developing a crack around the backplate.... hmmmm might be time for a new spinner.
