I knew going in but the servos I got are slightly smaller than the spot they need to go in. 3D printer to the rescue.

Finally made a part on the lathe. I've only been playing with speeds and feeds up to this point. Still learning!! I made a new knob for the tailstock lock. Not fancy, but functional !

Lots of work happening none RC related and what a pain it is. Gotta start taking the little girl to day care on my way to work soon and she can't ride in the truck so the Mustang needs to become my daily. The heater core has been leaking but more than anything the AC didn't work and it wouldn't be fair to the little girl to have to ride in no AC everyday. I just hit up rock auto and ordered every new part they sold for the AC system which was all but one hose. so first up was to tackle the heater core and evap coil which means pulling the dash. should be fun getting that damn thing back in place.

Sadly this what it takes for almost all vehicles out there if a heater core needs to be replaced.

No sir not for me. Next things we are looking at is either a a newer F150 or one of the new Rangers for me or if the wifes Escape gives up the ghost first then it will be something along the lines of an Explorer. Main goals of next vehicle is it needs to fit all of us better and be able to tow more so we can upgrade to a bigger camper.

Got started on my private runway at the farm. Still a long way to go but it’s getting there. Started off by mowing it really short. Then removed stumps and tilled it. Picked up a couple hundred rocks and roots. Next will be more tilling and leveling and seeding and rolling.
