I need to cut/assemble/weld a 4”x6” angle iron frame for a customer and realized that not using a cutting torch often for 25-35 years means I need to do a lot of grinding.

Or I can gloriously waste a day trying to mill the cuts smooth. I played around with setup for a couple of hours before stopping. I need to swivel the mill head on a 45 but can’t get the 4th bolt loose.

I’ve had this welder for 2-3 years. Decided to use it finally. Tips are wrong thread so I only got wire installed.
