I guess you got that forth bolt losse?

I did. Once it loosened, it was easy. I was seriously worried about breaking the bolt.

Jackpot idea. I took 2 basement bedrooms and a bathroom years ago for this hobby and still short on room. I created this storage space today........

Edit: added storage space above the tub/ shower. And I added another bathroom to the basement when I took this one.

I have more kits that I know what to do with. A lot of MK pattern and other pattern kits.

Yes on basements, mine has kitchen, tv room, guest bedroom, 2 bathrooms and I converted 2 bedrooms to my hobby room. And a pool table room.
