I decided to take my Trex 550 flying tomorrow for the first time since I crashed it over the 4th of July. So, today I decided to spool it up without main and tail blades. At about 50% throttle the motor started shaking terribly. I pulled the motor out and apart and two of the magnets had shifted causing it to be way out of balance.
Luckily I had a spare here. It's not the same size, but basically the same performance specs. It took a little work to get it in, but I tested it and it's as smooth as silk at all throttle settings. Tomorrow we'll see if it still flies.

Now I'm wondering if those magnets might have been the cause of the crash in the first place? But I guess they could have came loose on impact.
