Full scale with pointy, round engines flying low committing mosquito genocide! wOOt !! wOOt !!!



The county has a couple of turbine equipped DC3s used for mosquito spraying. I don't believe SW Florida would be habitable without Mosquito Control and air conditioning. These guy fly at night at about 500'AGL. They don't sound as good as the radial engines of old,,,, but it is SWEET sound never-less.

Yeah, it would look like one of those kooky UFO videos! Just some pretty lights lumbering across the sky with a whooshy/whistling sound. (post # 49!!)
