Cut slots for the aileron servo ears

Cut a slot just behind the carbon spar to tuck the servo wire into. Servo to fuse.

Horizontal tape is hinge line reference, line up control horn hole on this reference. repeat for left and right.

Note that wing strut tabs are different sizes to fit in the top and bottom wing correctly.

Glue in the wing struts, carbon faces the fuse

Drill a 5/64" hole for the axle screws

Getting the carbon gear through there is a bit tricky, make sure it stays in the skinny part of the slot as you are installing it. Note: you will be compressing and flexing the foam in between the phenolic plates to get the gear through, this is ok, just be careful and take your time.

Install wheel with washer and nut, be sure and use a little bit of blue loctite. Snip the excess screw off, this will also help keep the nut from backing off.

Glue the outer wheel pant cover on, let the screw pierce into the foam a bit.
