Also to the OP you might look into replacing the switches to the jr e switch. They have a deans connector from the battery end and 2x jr out to your rx. This will give you the current advantage of one more plug in parallel

I am most certain your issue is the bottleneck on each switch going to the rx with one male jr plug. Also the e-switch is fail safe :)
