That's the way you do it, start with the good stuff so you don't notice the difference later on....................

Never got around to planting tomatoes this year so I've been Jonesing for some for quite awhile. One of my employees brought me some nice ones today and I ended up making tomato and bacon sandwiches. Washed them down with a Ranger IPA or 2 and I was in heaven.

I might go make another...
