Had the bottle out, but decided to save it for a special occasion. Went with an already opened bottle of single barrel, which is one of my favorite Tennessee whiskeys.

Tank 7 tonight. I'll be back on the IPA tomorrow night. Most likely Bur Oak.

Sweet tea tonight as I'm firing people regularly these days and working longs hours to cover the shortages. No time for beer. Dirty, soaked in sweat, dehydrated and had to drive in rush hour traffic straight to my and my son's ball game. The lineup was posted on the back of an envelope and I coached in dirty work clothes but we won. That just means more beer in the fridge this weekend.
