Yes, knee replacement done and rehab going well. I've had a personal trainer for years and she has worked my legs for a long time in anticipation of this knee replacement. I am walking around decently and no pain, replacement was Tuesday.........

I drank a couple too many of these yesterday at the local brewery while my daughter played music. Been many years since I got that hammered but they were so damn good. One of the better beers I’ve had for sure. I don’t want to do that again any time soon lmao.
