Seller says Carden 100" Extra 300, I'm thinking it's a 1/3 Lanier Laser 200. Maybe an Extra 230? But from who?

The plastic turtle deck tells me It is from the Bubba Spivy collection. Could be the old extra 230. (Lanier)

Yup all that plastic says Lanier to me as well.

Does not look like a Carden 100" Extra 300 as the vertical fin is too narrow and tall. The Carden is shorter and flatter on the top. The 1/3 Lanier Laser 200 has counter balance elevators though and the turtle deck is not plastic.

i saw that build thread earlier today when I was hunting around for pics. the builder there replaced the plastic with wood so that's why it looks different.

i passed on it but then the guy accepted my offer so I'm not sure what to do now. i can say it's too far, yeah that's it, it's too far but oh so hard to pass up!

I built one of these for a guy about 17 years ago. Almost certain it is a Lanier Lazer.
