I have a 30 X 13 mejzlik prop, running on a DA 200 quad, and on the last flight, there was damage to the motor after performing a snap. This resulted in the spinner back plate (and the spinner/prop) not turning true, the prop hub was wobbling, with everything in front of it, and it damaged the spinner back plate (Falcon), and the cowl. The question.
On the propeller, on one side, where the spinner cut out is, there is a under 1 mm deep groove that is about the length of the blade from front to back, where it meets the prop hub.
Would anyone just trash this prop / is it too risky to use again, or
is it ok to use. there was never a prop strike, but, it was "damaged" from the untrue spinning.
I can post a picture of it, when I get home.
What I have done is filled the groove with CA.
