Last 4 stroker I fixed for a dude had low compression. Turns out he likes to lash his valves wayyyy to tight.

Told him before I agreed to fix it that my minimum charge was 25 bucks. I couldn't bring myself to charge him, although he kinda well off and a little arrogant fellow.

The guys had a good laugh about it when he flew it the next time he had it out. Ya see, he was blaming the engine cuz he got it used and too cheap.
