Yuma Full Scale Airshow 2.28.2015

This weekend is the Yuma Airshow at MCAS in Yuma, AZ. www.yumaairshow.com If you are in the area come check it out. We will have a R/C Demonstration around noon time! It was a lot of fun last year when we did it. There is also a night show on Friday the 27th.

I will be flying the OMP 120cc Extra 330SC during the R/C Demonstration. Looking forward to promoting the hobby and helping out at the booth that the Yuma R/C Club will have setup at the airshow.

Nope, we work on the same program that supports the Troops over here in Afghanistan. Not military, although most of us were prior service.

Well today at 12:30 we did a practice flight following the Osprey flight. The announcers were also practicing and they loved the performance. It was funny because he asked me was I the guy that flew formation with Matt at Oshkosh. I told him it was Frank and he said R/C has come a long way and we are always happy to see these planes fly in the full scale airshows.

This year we have the 12:30 slot tomorrow!
