Yes I am! I love the sound of these cans. I have heard that the Proflow cans choke the 180 down to much on the high end which would be a bad thing. Hope to find out this weekend but, the forecast is not looking good at this point. If it decides to clear up enough for a test flight, I will let you know how it goes.

I didn't like the Proflows on my 170. Low end and midrange was good. But they did restrict top end. I went back to my KS 90's. I am considering upgrading the 170 to a csts. I'd like to see if I can get 5900 to 6100 with a 33x11w Falcon. Right now I'm about 6100 to 6300 with a 32x11. I'm anxious to hear what your results are.

New 91" Slick wings all setup and ready to rock!!!

Picked up some handy new dripper tubes at AMA Expo so I was able to saturate most of the joints in the wing's with thin CA. I like to do this on all my airplanes to ensure everything is sufficiently bonded :)

Top of the wings are done getting there slowly. The ViperSt is almost up to an ARS stage still a few more things to do, but getting there slowly.
Must say of all the different ways I have found and people have recommended I must say the only one I will use is the method is the one @stangflyer explaned, it works great and thanks for that.

Than you sir it has been a long time since I did an Ultracoat covering job. The last 5 or 6 plans have all been painted with Stits. It took a little longer than I thought it would take but it is now done. It is nice to do plastic covering you can do it in the middle of the winter and stop and start as you like.

Very definitely you are welcome. Although I like to challenge myself and try new techniques, I try to not go out of my comfort zone. Painting and getting good results is just not a skill I have figured out. That is why I like using covering. Especially Ultracote. It is so versatile and at the same time, very forgiving. Unless you put your heat gun within 1/2" and turn it on full blast, it is pretty difficult to burn a hole in it. Unlike Monokote, you can fubar a tad and still be ok. But that being said, complex schemes do take a little advance planning and can be a little time consuming. But the end result sure makes all the effort well worth it.
