    Andy I have flown a GWS pico Tigermoth at many off these events and had a blast. The main thing at these events is to have a good time.

    flying in the winter

    What do you do to combat cabin fever when it's 12 degrees out and there's snow on the ground. Go fly. This is my little GWS tigermoth 400. I had a real hot motor on it but changed it for a more scale like motor. I've since put the Nippy Black Motor back in it...

    Yeah snowdog I just finished up a conversation about stalls is a crosswind leg in another thread. I too have lost a few planes due to this. It seems the crosswind are the ones that will really tend to bite you. I now always try and add plenty of throttle on a turn in a down wind cross wind
