LOL! I will bet you dollars to donuts Hobby Services will say it is your fault, and charge you for a piston and ring, at a minimum.

    Extreme Flight 104 Extra

I am doing a 104 for Matt, here are some pics.

    78'' Extra

I have never seen or even heard of an entire engine product line that starts backwards so frequently. This is consistent not only among the 33's but also the GT-60 as well (I don't know about the 22 yet, Matt always uses the electric starter on the 22). This ridiculous and is a safety related...

    Parkzone VisionAire

I just crashed mine, the stabs came off in flight. I recommend you glue them in and not just rely on the tape strips. Also, I used a APC 12-6 prop and it seemed to work better.

    3DHS 60cc Yak-55

I am sure it will fly great, but I just think 55's are ugly, sorry.

Discussion "Right Thrust" and Prop Effects

Well done, it explains a lot. I saw a video of Steve Hinson in a F6-F Hellcat (which has obviously a huge engine and prop). He had a tremendous amount of right rudder in it just to take off.

    91" Extra 300-EXP ARF

As long as you can use "stock" type mufflers, it will be a piece of cake, especially since this plane builds tail heavy. If you need cans or pipes, it will be a challenge to get it all to fit.

    91" Extra 300-EXP ARF

I really like this plane, even with only 6 flights on it. The DA-60/RE2 spins the Mej 24-10TH at 6740 and yesterday I borrowed a Xoar 25-3Da from Matt (Enterprise). Surprisingly, the 25 incher turned 6850! Depending on the wx, I should be able to fly it this weekend. BTW, this plane is huge...

I had the header with the flex mount already.

    78'' Extra

It is a silicone tape called "Rescue Tape". The teflon tape that the DA supplied headers are wrapped with always leak. The Rescue tape is good for 500F, and has no adhesive, it chemically adheres to itself so it has a mylar separation tape that you peel off as you apply it. This allows the...

BTW, I have an ES40G pipe as well, and I am sure DA will have headers.

    78'' Extra

Yes, you have an ES30G pipe for it. You will need a header though, and it will not be interchangeable with a DLE, EME, etc. The DA-35 has a round exhaust port (duh, why don't all of them do that?) so that the header can be round as well. All the others have a rectangular exhaust, which means...

WRAM 2013: 3DRCF Event Coverage and Member Experiences!

We certainly helped DA, with Matt buying a 120, John getting a 60, and I bought a 60 and a RE2 pipe for my new 91 EF Extra. IF 3DHS had the 92 Edge or Bigfoot ready, I would have bought one. It does appear that the DA-70 twin will not fit in the 92 Edge cowl without having the spark plug caps...

    91" Extra 300-EXP ARF

I am on the waiting list, I cant wait! Since we have strict noise requirements, I will be running a DA-60 on a can. For servos, the 7955's that I pulled off the wings on my 104 AJS and going on this except the rudder is going to be a BLS-157. BTW, we just got them for $155 each, let me know...
