Very SWEET!! Question: How is it that I am able to view your photos without logging in?? Are you housing your photos elsewhere and just linking them here? Or has there been a change on this website? Wayne

IMAC The new Dalton 300 SP / 330

The reason why I mentioned that, is because I used such a system when I was flying my Extreme Flight. I had one of the 3W round tanks (51 oz) and had to supplement it with a small 8 oz tank to run the 200. I got the idea from Matt Balazs who was running it the other way around.... The larger...

Doc.... Before you fly, check (with the canopy off) to see if the sides of the larger tank collapses when you rev the engine on the ground. Wayne

    Fuel tank strange phenomena ....

Hey Adi..... By this do you mean that you have TWO fuel tanks in the aircraft? If so.... You may have the vent line incorrectly connected to the second tank. If there is only ONE tank.... I would HIGHLY SUGGEST That you visit the Jamaican Voodoo Doctor to rid your tank of "unseen visitors"...

    DA170 Pipe Recommendations

I'm not sure if everyone who uses the 1090 had my same experience... OR even if they noticed the rattling and investigated. On the Pro-Flows.... I never used the Tuned Pipes version.... I went with the canisters mufflers for the 200 and although they were 4oz heavier than the KS95 (which is...

    DA170 Pipe Recommendations

Yes... I do... I did exactly 304 flights on the mufflers before I noticed the rattling. I continued to fly until I changed over to the 200 and that was when I also changed from the 1090's. Wayne

    DA170 Pipe Recommendations

When I flew with a DA170, I had originally used a KS1090 set of pipes, complete with the KS soft mounts. The mounts were secure and did not "crimp" the mufflers as the silicone holders do. The engine was powerful with that combination, complete with a 29x12N 3 blade Mezjlik prop. I think I flew...

    Fuel tank strange phenomena ....

Adi....is the sound in the background, the engine idling? Or is the sound just servos? Do you have a "T" on your pick up line or a separate filler line? Wayne

IMAC Double Build, Carden Pro 124" Extra 300 40%

Thanks Al.... Looks like I found a "secondary" use for them, then. :yesss:

IMAC Double Build, Carden Pro 124" Extra 300 40%

The reason why I had used the JTEC incidence adjusters is because static adjustment of the incidence at 0 degrees and actual flight may result in a need to trim ailerons to fly wings level. With the adjusters, a pilot can then adjust the incidence so that both ailerons are even with the wing...

IMAC Double Build, Carden Pro 124" Extra 300 40%

Would not the anti-rotation pin, defeat the purpose of the wing incidence adjusters from JTEC? Wayne

To be clear.... The NATS is not mandatory to qualify for the 2018 IMAC Worlds. That is ONE method of two that IMAC members can qualify for the event. The second way is that each Region will have a pilot in each class (4) in all of the six Regions that can qualify using the IRPS points. The...
