2-stroke oil,what works,what doesn't

I think this is what lazyboyflyer was referring to...I started using redline today on my DLE 170 and no tweaking necessary...went from 32 to 1 amsoil saber to 40 to 1 redline ...didn't have as much black residue as before.... the only problem I can see is don't forget when you add redline...it doesn't change the color of the gasoline like amsoil did..

I use stihl ultra HP 40:1 because it's readily available. Is Redline easily obtained or are most of you guys ordering it online?

Their offices/warehouse are located about 35 minutes from my house. However, depending how much I order, it sometimes is cheaper for me to just have them ship it and I get it the next day. So I have done both.

Yep! The two-stroke version is somewhat hard to find. Auto parts stores cary mostly the four-stroke stuff...
