Is there going to be a build thread?  If so i will be watching 

a build thread, hmmm not sure , I suppose if there is enough interest , since  it will be a fairly straight forward, non scale airplane. 

The only thing I want to do on this one is what I have done the last two laser's I have done, which is a jig built wing with foam ribs, , makes for a very strong, very straight , and very light wing

The laser, first I had converted it to electric , and I loved it , better then when it had a turbo prop engine in it.  On the last flight of the season, it lost power, no problem take it back to the runway, but with the wind that day it lost forward airspeed at about 3 feet up, , so the damage to it is simply too much at this time to deal with.. end of story LOL

Yikes.... This gave me a flashback of a week ago tomorrow. Same thing with my 260. Only I guess I got lucky. About 50 up in a hover, motor died because throttle arm dropped off because header dropped off and melted the ball link. MY FAULT. I heard the motor get loud and I didn't land. I had plenty of time. OH NO!!!! Just one more "WIND SAIL" followed by just one more hover. DUMB! Wind at about 20 gusting to 25 or there abouts. Flipped her around and nosed her in steep.... flared at the last moment and whew....just a prop and a set of landing gear. We'll have no more of these..... LOL
