And now to the fuse sides, my first step was to protect the plans with wax paper, from here I took my time to ensure the aluminum angle was perfectly straight with the plans. Now to glue two pieces of 3/8 square to make one long longeron.

After checking it for a half hour, it was time to start building and gluing the vertical trusses to the top and bottom longerons. Nothing greatly special here, I just making sure the vertical trusses are perfectly square before applying glue.

Here is a picture of both sides together; they came out identically to each other, all the vertical trusses line up perfectly. It was very simple; I put a piece of wax paper on top of the first side to keep from gluing them together.
