Extreme Flight 104 Extra

Got some work done on the Extra today!

All surfaces hinged, horned and installed, Main and tail gear and wheel pants installed, all servos in and pull-pulls run, arms set up on the wings, some of the graphics installed.

Gonna take a break then light back into it!

you work fast, Fred! Guess you have plenty of time to finish, the weather doesn't look too good for you over the next few days

Holidays mostly over.

Got the Extra back on the bench today.

Found one of my spark plug wires partially ripped out, so I ordered a new ignition.

Also lost one of my standoffs somehow during the disassembly, so I ordered a new set from Craig (cmala).

Might as well take my time since I'm waiting on parts.

Fuel tank installed.

Life hasn't left me much time to fly lately, but today I was able to take my 104 out and blow some dust off for the first time since the Wenatchee Huckfest. It was quite chilly out, but relatively nice for December. The sunset was beautiful and Michael snapped some neat pictures.

Great pics Daniel and it's perfect timing too! I needed a couple extra pictures for some changes we are doing to the site. You will see what I mean in the next day or so.

Nice! Man that EF 104 is probably the best arf out on the market today at least in my opinion. Can't wait to hear about the maiden and please make sure you're not flying with any radians in the air!
