The kit has all CNC routed parts, so tonight I've been cutting them out and getting them ready for assembly. I can tell you that it is a good thing that they cut them this way for two reasons. 1. The parts are very cleanly cut. 2. Everything is straight, whereas if they were completely cut out they would warp from sitting.



Also, I'm a big fan of the milwakee 12v lithium tools, and one that makes the cutting out much easier is the multi tool with cutting blade.

So I put in 5 flights tonight with my Dalton Extra...



Now working on the challenger fuse. It all is based on some light ply you nail down first. Then drop in the formers.
