I am using Pulse 5,000 mAh 35C packs. Just about any 6S pack should fit. It really does fly very nicely for its size. It also has the added benefit of fitting in my car without taking it apart!! Ready to fly in seconds!!

One other thing about it. When you land, it stays landed. I've never seen anything stick like this does. It truly plants on landing. Fun plane.

needless to say, i vote :big_yes:

thanks @Bipeguy03 for the info. Is the 35% a true 100cc or is it really 110 or 120? I'd think 75" is actually pretty good at 100cc, no? does anyone cut a kit for it? i've been considering a major plans/kit build for a while now, specifically a Pancoast 96" Grumman Duck but I'm afraid if I start it I'll never finish it. precisioncutkits.com does a short and full kit for it.

a nice S1-11 would be nice too but an entirely different vibe!

yep, actually 100cc is at the top of the power scale. If you got it light enough it would fly great with a 70. I think an 85cc would be perfect other than I don't like singles bigger that a 50cc.

As for kits, Kit Cutters cuts them so does National Balsa. I think there are more those are just the ones I know of. Fiberglass Specialties has the cowl, wheel pants, gear cuffs and canopy, Abell RC has the aluminum gear but I'm thinking of getting the measurements for it and making or buying a carbon one.

here are the links I have compiled.

We could all do a massive group build and get 4 or 5 of us to build them :)

Just trying to calm the nerves down, then it's time to test fly.

Ok boys look at this plane man I do like the looks of it, man it would be nice to have a set of drawings of this plane and change just enough to install Da-100.

Send me a kit and I would be happy to clear my bench to build one in a group build.
