No don't break his thumbs, make him put your planes together, range check, fuel em up, and flip the prop. THen tell him go wash truck and trailer, or send him back to the office to work, while you fly. I'd remind him also that flying better than the boss man, could have an adverse affect on the size of his Holiday bonuses.
