No way! Only thing worse than cutting grass is shoveling snow!Come to canada we are still shovelling snow and still haven got a plane ready to fly jet. Would gladly cut grass right now.
No I don't. Been busy the last few days.Well the turtle deck is not going too well on the Viper ST. If you look at the pictures the cowl which is fitting properly all around the sides and the bottom which has its position is dictated by the cowl ring and screws. The plywood half ring is 1/16 above the cowl. Now if look at the turtle deck which is skinned with 1/16 balsa is at the corners more than 1/8 above the front plywood ring. That is difficult to fix. And the other picture shows the rear section of the turtle deck it about 3/16 pulled in on both sides. Pushed on the top to try and spread it but man I was afraid it would snap in half if I pushed so hard. If any one has any suggestions to solve it would be appreciated. Thinking of maybe trying to cut 1/8 of the front and tapering to zero at the other end. Which is difficult to do and keep everything square and straight. @ericrs do you have your turtle deck mounted.
