The 'What did you do in your workshop tonight?' thread

Ok so i got a delma on my hands,,, this weekend.. do I stay home and work on my 105 laser and 106 edge since the motor mishapps the past two weeks.. or do I go to a flying buddys house and rip out the shelf in my trailer and redo it so I can haul all 4 of my 100cc planes 2 on floor and 2 on shelf... instead of having to haul all 4 of them on bottom with stabs off, which is a major pain in my you know, I kind of screwed up on the trailer when i built it and over tought the shelf and made it two high and I cant get 100cc or a 89 slick on it,, so its time for a remodel

Finally got the baffles done. Took a whole 20 minutes to do. This foam board works extremely well and only thick and thin CA was used. The ability to easily contour it to fit any cowl openings is a great time saver.

Well the Trailer is getting the Current Shelf and wingbag compartmet,, Currently I have 34 inches from floor to bottom of shelf,, then the wingbag compartment is 10 inches on the inside,, but to get the 10inches clearance with it built out of wood the thickness of the shelf had to be 15 inches... which gave me 26 inches from shelf floor to roof of the trailer,,, which would only allow small 50cc and 30cc planes to be on the top shelf, plus it made for tight sleeping quarters when a air matterss up there when sleeping at events.

So the new Shelf and wing bag compartment will be set up the same way.. but floor to bottom shelf will be 31 inches, then the wingbag compartment will be 12.5 inches thick then shelf floor to roof will be 31.5 inches tall... giving me room to have 2 100cc on top, and 2 100cc on bottom here are some
