Did a little work in shop after being out of it for a while just a little burnt out. But really enjoying the flying at the moment. All I know Is burnt through a gallon of red line oil and 5 gallons of glow fuel. Plus a lot of E Flite.
Anyway started to put my scratch built Delta wing back together with a new radio system and electric motors. To give you an idea how big it is the wing is 2000 square inches and weighs 20 lbs.
In photo is the final part trying fit all this into the fuselage. Not shown is the two motors, two ESC’S and the two 5000 mAh six cell batteries also still to be installed.

Kind of a sad day. Wife and I have decided we think we want to sell the house. Need to get it cleaned up and presentable so stuff in my shop that isn't being used is getting relocated for a while. The start of that was my stack of logs I had milled a couple years ago then some RC supplies. The four large boxes are all just my balsa stock that I had. Didn't realize I had that much until I boxed it all up. This pile will continue to grow in my dads warehouse until we sell and find a new home (hopefully with a full shop not attached to the house).

Best of luck in the next chapter of home ownership!

I feel part of your pain. Moved my shop recently, but not the entire house.
Still don’t have everything organized, but that’s a story for another day.

I feel your pain brother. We are doing the exact same at the moment. Started packing my shop up last weekend. What a nightmare.
We are going to put our house on the market while the market is still hot. Then we are going to rent a place for a year or so while we have a house built at our farm.

Yeah we plan to move in with my inlaws until either the right house or right piece of property comes up. We have found a few we really liked already but we can't afford two mortgages and with the market being so hot I don't think any seller would agree to terms of us buying their place on the condition of us selling ours. I personally am hoping for a piece of property though so we can build and have everything we want from the start.

Been working on my super otter a bit as well. I finished making my designed and 3D printed strut covers that snap onto the wire gear, glued them in place, sanded, and painted a second time. Now I’m finishing the mounting blocks. I’ll be one happy camper once the float fitment process is done…

It has been a while and took a lot of work to convert a glow engine location to an electric setup. Had to add a small motor box to the front to accommodate the electric motor. Also make space to fit a 6 cell 4000 mAh battery into the nacelle, Without destroying the plane. One side is almost done just have to figure out how to charge the battery without a 30 minute disassembly of the plane to get to the battery.
