    What I tell guys to do is use a screw driver type ball wrench rather than a "L" style allen wrench. Most guys with an allen wrench get them snug and then take that extra half turn ( There lies the problem ) When they do that the steel bolts start pulling on the aluminum threads in the head...

    We pulled the bottom foam out of the shuck and cleaned it up. The pictures shows the shuck just places on the fuselage. Happy to say it is glued on. ( we glued it using gorilla glue )

    No fun having to do that on a daily driver. I use to do a lot of that also but sold all my collector toys. Not much fun working on modern stuff. I have to replace a fuel pump on an F150 just waiting for motivation, weather and some weak minds. Decided to remove the bed rather than drop the tank.
