    You could get a BLACK anodized back plate to match a bit better if desired as well, FWIW. They stock the various colors. ;) I ended up swapping out to a full Tru-turn in red. Just prefer them...as you can see. :p:cool:

    Cool. I think you did...isn't that the bird at the top of the page? :flyer: We shall see. This is my first time with the rear dump canisters. I'm wondering if it isn't making more power than standard stacks.

    Okay, here's an update from my end. Let me start by saying I absolutely love Aeroworks aircraft. That being said, I took myself off of the waiting list. Their own marketing strategy made me do it. At Toledo they advertised "free shipping" on preorders. The preorder "good deal" then reduced...

    I think just right Gyro. About 5.5" back from the leading edge. Gear front to rear as follows: c/f 5" spinner (will be replaced with a red Truturn when it gets in late next week for a bit better "look" and touch more nose weght), DA120, K&S headers and rear exit canisters, 2x 5200mah Fromeco...

    Used an SWB engine mount combined with the included short standoffs. Perfect. Swapped out the included washers on the cowl for neoprene backed/bonded washers too. Vibration/rub elimination I hope. Not sure if I like the tail wheel bling. Looks great...just not sure of the style.:flyer:

    Went with TaildraggerRC's new line of carbon fiber spinners with aluminum back plate. This is the 5" model. Love it! More upscale than the included one with the kit and aluminum backed. :cool: Still have to baffle the cowl but had to button it up to see how it looked.

    Cool. I just looked at the only one I saw on the Seacraft web site. Any choice not a big deal on a 120cc bird anyway. :thumbup:

    The servo tray ALONE weighs 120 grams or 4.3 ounces or 1/4 pound. With the servo its is a bit heavier than a 2 servo setup without a tray. Hitec plus tray is 199 grams.

    Cool. I've resisted those purely because of the extra weight behind the usual CG point versus 2 servos. Will look at that one and continue my comparisons. :)
