    ZDZ 112 Champion mounting

I take it it's alive in a good way, too. Something about first flights and first runs on an engine.

    ES composite pipes

Maybe run some thin ca around the hole after drilling it. Definitely easier than putting a block in behind it.

    MVVS 175 with 3 and 2 blades

I would have thought the 29x13.5 wouldn't be near enough prop for that engine. Hard to tell from the picture, but the blade shape seems different.

    ES composite pipes

Don't go full throttle so fast, should keep the pipe from sliding back ;). Umm, any way to put in a block behind the pipe?

Now you bring up batteries? what can a worms you gonna open next Joe! Been running LiFe (A123). Biggest advantage is how hard you can push them. The discharge rate is unreal, you can't load them enough to test a voltage drop, at least not with our equipment, so voltage drop is not a problem, so...

Been running one on my current plane and it has been great. Very nice to have switch, failsafe and regulator all in one unit plus dump the ignition battery. The only thing is when you set it up in the radio, make sure you put the end points maxed out both directions. If you don't, it can be...

    Weighing your plane.

At 4500', weight is a BIG factor in performance. I still don't weigh my planes, but everything is KISS and I make sure I don't add anything I don't have to.

I am sure Joe can work out some sort of deal for you, you know, piece it out. Best part, shipping should be more reasonable, everything will fit in a much smaller package now. Let him know what you are interested in. By the way, I got dibs on the landing gear!
