Krill Extra 330 LX building thread

Well, after a long waiting, I've got mine now.

I think Krill made a quantum leap from my old SU 29, no seams in the fuse very neat, well organised intiriure like the SC.
The engine box all the way to the wing tube is well reinforced with carbon, also the tail, where the stab tube.
The line is clean and the colors are bright.

The gear block is from ply and looks very strong...VERY LIGHT PLANE !
The wings are very light also the stabs and rudder.

I ordered mine with the split cowl although I'm about to install a MVVS 175 on it...why not a 4 banger, I guess its the weight issue and the 175 is a real power plant.
To confiscate the "tractor" issue when it comes to the 4 or 2 banger engine I'm going to use a 3 blade prop, a Mejzlik 30-13 evo and see the result, the 31-12 is always an option.

The setup I'm going to use is :

9 Savox servos SG 2270 brushless servos.
2 Fromeco Lion 5200mAh packs
2 Fromeco HV regs
No switches at all !
SmartFly EQ 10 W/engine cutoff
MVVS 175cc engine with MVVS cans
Hand made cans holders
specially design baffles made from fiberglass
2 parallel 32oz Fourtitude fuel tanks (64oz of fuel man....)
Going to sew my own design wings, fuse and stab bags, for the transportation (I live on the 3rd floor guys...the elevators are too small)
Mejzlik prop
J&J tail wheel...its a must.
Carbon spinner W/ aluminium back plate
All the push rods are going to be made with threaded rod and carbon tube.
Aluminium servo arms
Hand made panel
No Limits MVVS pilot.
JR XG 14 for the controls with temp and rpm telemetry
Aerographix decals, well...as you can see, the plane has the exact colors like Aerographix, it was inevitable.

Soon I'll start sewing the bags and then start working on her...

The plane is waiting to be built.

She me of the stuff to be installed with all the fabric to be sewed for the bags and protection wile transporting.

The last part is one of the most handy things I have when I transport my plane in a Ford Focus station wagon. You must take the rudder off.
With the size of spinner I think it will be too.

Looks like you bought out the local hobby shop . . . . . . . I really like the scheme on your Extra too, but a Krill is a little out of my price league. . . . .

@David Cokley, maybe one day you will have one. I can't justify one right now either but maybe one day I will pull the trigger.

Hey friends and you pilots that are at the Rolla Flyin right now doing some bad ass flights right now here are some new pictures.
Because I have an apartment and I live in the third floor I need to be some bad ass heavy line up cushion to transport the plane and when I finish working on it it needs to go back to the cover.
All are being cushion with a 1/2" foam on both sides.
More pictures are with the gear block and the split cowl work of art.
The engine box is reinforced with some heavy carbon fibers and the tail section as well.
I think it's already being made if you want to install a push pull rudder servos.

Here are the stabs and rudder bags.
I will definitely need to take off the rudder while transporting.

The entire set for the plane cost me about 50$. Since I have a sewing machine I had the privilege to customize the bags.
If not for, 150€ you can get a complete set from Revoc worth every buck.

Soon I'll start with the stabs. Servos and arms and horns.
Just for the note they are very small guys...very, I'm not used to it.
