Question? Hitec servo compare- mini vs micro

I believe you are correct. And honestly, the HS5665 is rated far above any torsional loads "ANY" throttle spring could ever exert against it. I guess I just don't like those silly springs. LOL

I have always thought this was pretty cool. Speaking of technology, here is some really neat technology at work. Who would complain if "SHE" were flying their plane?

Question? Hitec servo compare- mini vs micro

So, this is very good information to have for those that don't know or just getting into the hobby. I must admit, I have considered using a micro or mini servo for throttle applications. Primarily because they do nothing but move a very (next to no friction) minimal drag mechanical device...

The I'm NOT going out flying thread.

That's the spirit. Don't ever let Mother Nature stop you from enjoying yourself. Do as I do. If the wind starts coming up? Take a bigger plane. It is starts to rain? Put your rain suit on. And if it begins to snow? Every plane can be fitted with skis. LOL. Every time I show a little defiance to...

    Yippee! What the postman brought

Oh yeah, I almost forgot a second time. (It's the old age...LOL) You mentioned repainting it. Any selections on a scheme and color? I am really excited for you to do another "PAINT" thread.:yesss:

    Yippee! What the postman brought

Dang, Very interesting. I am not sure I would want to be hit by any flying object no matter composite material, wood, fiberglass or even foamy. It would be the concrete water treatment for sure. But those wings....! So, you want body parts removed? No problem....let me do a little dive action on...

Look at it this way, at least it isn't what you had pretty much exactly seven months ago. Just think, pretty much five months from now you'll be close to flying season.

    Yippee! What the postman brought

Wow!!! That wing is crazy thin. What I'd like to know is how are the wings constructed? Do they actually have any airfoil? I mean, most certainly they do.., right? Or did they just cut a thick piece of composite material, sand and shape the tips and round the leading edge, then call it good?

Discussion The I’m going out flying thread 2018

It is actually quite simple to understand. Amazon pushed for this because if "Everyone" is registered and restricted, or monitored for the lack of a better term, then it will make it easier for them to tie up the airspace that we all used to enjoy, purely for their monetary and capital gain...

    Yippee! What the postman brought

So give me the complete run down on the DJ 72. I just can not find an appropriately fitting engine for the Baby Yak. I still can't bring myself to hack the crap outta the firewall to accommodate the 85cs. Or any rear induction engine for that matter. And I will not buy that other brand. All...

New Pilot for my Carden Pro 124

It is so good to see you back home Earle. And really glad to see you will be getting the Krill done. Now lets talk about that four cylinder. I won't slander any engine...well not if I can help it. I will only say this. When you fly a four cylinder, you will wonder why you didn't do it sooner. I...

You certainly hit the nail on the head there. I have been saying that ever since all of this rigmarole started. It's plain stupidity in my opinion.
