    I guess Chad has flown his AeroBeez. Guess it flys far better than a 3DHS Slick..... I will find out in a couple weeks. Chad is only 4.5 hr away from me, to the S. Make a nice weekend trip. Fly some new stuff, and poke holes in paper with our expensive paper punches!

    Fastener Express has 2" long set grade 9 set screws. I think I stayed with #8 on my Dalton. And I beat the crap out of it.

    Guess I should get to cleanin up the shop. Got a laundry chute door I need to refinish. Then clean up the shop from the paint dust, sanding and refinishing, then I can get started hobby stuff. Waiting on a TDRC order for a few ubber torque BlueBirds. Gonna do a side by side comparison...

    IMAC Dalton 260 Restoration

    Stainless screws are more brittle than a Grade 9 allen bolt or long set screw. I dont use stainless anything on airplanes. Strictly grade 9 bolts., except for servo mounting screws. Any screw has the chance to break at any time. Pick your poison on that.

    Mufflers were tight to the carb on my 116. Used a socket and a hammer to dent the muffler where it was tight at.
