    after market ignition

I guess I owe GSN members an apology. I came out to the shop to try straight battery to ignition. I took off my plastic loom and walah.... I found my high speed miss and also my brown out/crash a month ago.... I will try replacing the boot but I think I still may want a new ignition. I feel...

    Drilling out hinge points

I wondered myself how strong the slightly larger hole would be so last night I glued in a hinge with gorilla glue. This AM I went out and almost broke the rudder because of the force it took, to rip it out with a linesman plier. There is no doubt this is the ticket!!! Kind of makes me made I...

    Drilling out hinge points

I was looking for another way to remove hinge points and ran across an idea from a thread I was reading. It works rather well. I stopped by my local hobby shop and picked up a piece of brass tubing and after a couple runs on the belt sander and a Xacto knife for the inside radius edge. We had...

    Aileron throws

I was rebinding my 60cc Freestyle to a new transmitter last night and realized my throws were different from each other. Left to right they were the same but if the right was 4 inches up the left was only 3.75 down. The plane fly's awesome but will I ever notice if they are different? Are you...

    7954 Issues

I noticed the same thing this weekend on both elevator servos. When they have power, no problem. I run the same servos on 4 planes and knock on wood nothing yet. I should dig a little deeper I think.

    Scale Yellow Aircraft P-47

The jug is done! It weighed in at 27# and change. I do still need to build the inner gear doors and fully expect to as soon as I know it flys:fist_pump: The maiden will be in the next couple weeks and plan on taking a video.
