    Smoke pump battery

Yep, I got out of the Nimh business last year as far as flight packs go. The only one left is in my 14SG. I will likely go Life (A123) next year.

    Smoke pump battery

Nothing wrong with that I guess as smoke pumps don't draw that much current really. However, I would hate to have something go wrong with the smoke pump and suddenly have no ignition. A 2S Lipo weighs almost nothing as far as big planes go so that's why I use them.

    Smoke pump battery

I have two Sullivans and run a 2S 750ma Lipo in both. I only usually fly about 4 flights of around 10 minutes each and have plenty of power left for more.

Scale 50% Christen Eagle full scale exclusiv-kit

Thanks for taking the time to post that pic of the engine. I knew it sounded like a 4 stroke but not like a Moki and was very curious what was under the hood. Very impressive setup.

That is an incredible achievement in modeling. What engine is in the prototype? Any pictures of it and the exhaust?

My two current bipes, a GP Pitts M12 with dle55ra and a Phaeton II with a Magnum .70. The Phaeton kit I bought back in 1990 and just finished it about a year ago. Wow, I'm slow. Lol.

    GSN Lets Pick A Winner!

Wow that is a large drawing. You will need some major sanding blocks if you are planning on carving that out of a giant block of balsa.;)
