    Great work love all the glass work it is very time consuming but attention to detail will give you a smooth beautiful finish when the paint is laid down . What color are you painting , the more coats of a lite color will really increase the weight on the cowl and canopy area . Love the work...

    Great of to explain the types of epoxies you have used and are currently using in this build . I do like using HYSOL but im going to search out the LOCTITE E-20HP version as well .

    From what i have read and heard about Hysol, is that has a superior strength than a lot of epoxys . Dosen't the Micro fibres lighten up the epoxy and also reduce the strength of the glue .

    I do have two of Franks rings for a DA 60 i purchase last July . I might just keep them for my new DA 120 thinking that the tuned pipes will be hard on the rings :concern:

    No i haven't, I was going to get a landing gear from them last year but didn't . Good heads up about i wasn't aware of the changes , a couple of guys from here order gear and tubes and such but i'm guess that was over a year and half ago !!!

    Nice splice on the joints , it remind me of when i had to build a rib section in Aircraft Maintenance for one of the classes many decades ago . I had to be exact on the cuts before joining them together just as you are . It is a very hard and extremely strong type of spurce that is this used...
