    I would think that would eliminate any pinholes, so long as the adhesion to the epoxy is good. Interesting idea!

    The design I have should be very light, and as such fly better that the Glow .40 size great planes kit I flew years ago. I also built a Midwest Kit that was much larger. It flew great but was plagued by engine problems and I sold it. The glow .40 size I designed was based on the Sig Kougar...

    Not sure. That's why I was seeking the input. If enough guys with G202 experience have good comments I will probably do 2 sets of wings. One each.

    Actually, I was thinking the same thing. I have one set of cores already cut without being cut out for the wing tube. I could just do another set and position the tube differently for each wings C/G location. 35% size for a 100cc or 120cc engine.

    I have the plans almost complete,Fiberglass parts, Wing and stab tubes, and canopy on hand for my newest design. Originally drawn as a MX2 but I really like the swept wing of the G202. At this point it would be an easy change to the G202 wing. The fuse and tail is almost identical for both...

    Make sure to add shear webbing between the spars. Grain going vertical.
