Nothing accomplished in the shop tonight, but some parts are starting to show up to get my Hangar 9 120cc Extra 300X back in the air. It's amazing what some people want to pass off as "Nearly new" It makes no difference how good of quality something started life as since there are people out there that can ruin an anvil with a tack hammer. That's a huge weight difference. The DA70 only weighs .4 pounds more than the 60 before the extra muffler and small differences in the ignition weights.- Jetpainter

I took Miss Moana outside today to test the carb rebuild. It seems to run pretty well. It did have a slight intermittent miss when wide open, not bad, but noticeable. That sounds like the difference between my 30% Pilot Edge and my Aeroworks Extra 300. Same engine, header, radio, servos, batteries, fuel tank, and even wheels.
